Literacy Sites for Families

Our school is having a literacy night.  I'm looking forward to talking with parents about websites young literacy learners may enjoy.  In today's digital world there are so many sites, it was hard to choose which sites to share in a limited time.  For that reason, I've added a Google doc for parents to continue to share their finds.    Feel free to add your favorites to our doc or to the comments below.

  4. Thanks, Karen. I hope to share them with families eventually. Our original date was canceled due to snow, our reschedule was canceled due to snow. At least I can just post mine to the internet.

  5. Mandy,
Thanks for letting me know about the Google doc. I'm going to see if I can get that fixed. I also just realized the links in my Slideshare are not visible. Disappointing. I'm trying to figure that out too. Oh, the tech learning ---- it never ends.

I appreciate the new site. I'll add it to the list.
